How does the billing process work?
To secure your booking, we request a 50% deposit to reserve your project date and order materials. The remaining 50% is due upon project completion. This ensures we’re fully committed to delivering exceptional results on your timeline.
What happens if weather delays my project?
We monitor weather conditions closely and build reasonable weather contingencies into our timelines. Minor delays due to rain or extreme temperatures are factored into our project schedules. We’ll keep you informed every step of the way.
